Candy Corn Wreath

My sister-in-law Stephanie saw Woman's Day magazine at the store with the Fall cover.  On it was this cute candy corn wreath.  She found the directions and had me along with her friend Blair attempt to re-create this adorable, sweet, Halloween treat!!  First we sprayed the candy corn with Preserve It spray to allow the candy corn to last longer on the wreath.  To do this, lay out some wax paper outside and coat the candy with the spray.  Then let it dry.  This will take about 5 minutes. Next, we took a styrofoam wreath and wrapped it with black duct tape.  Once it was wrapped, started with the inside hole of the wreath and hot glued some candy corn all facing one direction.  Then we changed directions and alternated until the wreath was covered in candy corn besides the back side which no one would see.  Finally you can wrap the wreath in a big black bow.  Once the holiday is over you can use Modge Podge to set the wreath for next year.
